B FLUTE
B-flute is the second most popular among all our flute boxes. It is an excellent alternative to E-flute, and considering the fact the it can support heavy products – it is really an ideal choice for your shipping.
With a thickness of 1/8 and ideal shorter flutes makes it suitable for high-quality printing. The flutes provide some thickness and rigidity, which makes it a happy medium for durability and some extra cushion from puncturing. A FLUTE
A-Flute is the thickest flute among all the flutes, and it often is regarded as the original corrugated flute design. A-flute with a thickness of ¼, its incredible stiffness qualities, and its short column crush resistance makes it the best choice for hefty products, and of course, fragile items. A-flute has 33 flutes per linear foot, which results in a large amount of space between the flutes and less smooth board surface, which makes it less suitable for printing intricate designs and logos. It is popular for shipping large industrial containers and other very heavy objects.

AB FLUTE
AB Flute is a custom-made flute with a double wall material that combines the A flute and the B Flute. It is exceptionally very thick, with a thickness of about 0.5 inches. This custom flute provides an excellent stiffness quality with a short column crush resistance, which makes it durable for any heavy container or products.
AB flute can only be used for extremely heavy products. AB Flute, just like A-flute, has a large amount of space between the flutes and less smooth board surface with double-wall, which makes it less ideal for printing intricate designs. But of course, you can always include your logo and some other rough designs.
