2. Snap Lock Boxes.

Sturdy Bottom Lock Packaging.

Contains snap-lock base.
Easy assemble with 3 simple steps, aka 1-2-3 bottom box.
Ideal for Light to Medium size / weight products for fast moving consumer goods.
No requirement of tape / secondary packaging.

3. Crash Lock Boxes.

Easy Assemble Packaging.

Contains contains auto lock base with 2 additional glue spots. It is already setup and ready to use when unfolded.

4. Hardcover Boxes.

Packaging for Precious Products.

Contains solid board box material covered with printed paper or special paper materials.
Inner Box contains custom product slots or divider to hold the products firms.
Ideal for Premium and Precious products.
Packaging closing contains either magnetic closure or hinged lid.
The material has sturdy quality and can be reuse.

5. Tray Boxes.

Packaging with Great Unboxing Experience.

Tray boxes are prepared with 4 corners are locked.
Inner Box contains custom product slots or divider to hold the products firmly.
Ideal for holding several products with various sizes. Such as gifts / premium products.
Packaging closing contains hinged lid or a separate top piece closure.
Supplied flat pack to save storage space.

7. Food Boxes.

Food Grade Packaging.

We use soy based oil ink for food packaging to avoid food contaminate with harmful chemicals.
Food grade certified PET lamination will be done if the packaging is require to direct contact with food.
Our food packaging are use to keep and carry food safely with convenient.
Only applicable to Cardboard and Kraftcard paper material.

STEP 2

Select Packaging Raw Materials

We are able to print directly onto the paper raw materials below ranging from Cardboard, Corrugated Cardboard, Metalized Foilcard, PVC, and PP Material. Do consult one of the Account Manager for material suggestion according to your needs and budget.

Coated Paper on Both Sides - 2 Side Artcard. Thickness available: 300gsm, 360gsm.
Coated Paper on Single Side - 1 Side Artcard. Thickness available: 300gsm, 350gsm, 400gsm.
Uncoated Paper - Ivory Card. Thickness available: 300gsm, 350gsm.

Cardboard Material

Greyish Uncoated Paper on one side of the paper, White Coated Paper on another side. Thickness available: 270gsm, 300gsm, 350gsm, 400gsm.

Boxboard Material

Uncoated Brown Paper. Thickness available: 300gsm and 350gsm.

Kraftcard Material

Corrugated cardboard are sturdy, suitable to use as shipping material. Thickness available: F-Flute(Thin), E-Flute(Medium), B-Flute(Thick).

Corrugated Cardboard Material

Hardcover are made of paper wrapped onto the chipboard. Thickness available from 700gsm, 1200gsm, and 1400gsm.

Hardcover Material

Foil Card material has metalized shining effect. Thickness available from 300gsm, 350gsm, and 400gsm.

Silver Foilcard Material

Laser Foil Card material has rainbow shining effect. Thickness available from 300gsm, 350gsm, and 400gsm.

Laser Foilcard Material

APET sheet is biodegradeable plastic material with glossy finished. Thickness available from: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm.

APET Sheet Material

PP sheet is plastic material with matte finished. Thickness available from: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm.

Mock-up Development & Mass Production.

Upon approval on quotation, you will be furnish with Precise Die-cut Printed Mock up and Color-proof for final approval to proceed with mass production.
