If you are unhappy with the quality of your merchandise, please contact us within 10 days to discuss your concern with one of our friendly customer service representatives. we will only provide a refund or a replacement of printing goods, due to a manufacturing defect that was caused by us. Because we have shared the final artwork for your approval before mass production, we are not able to provide refunds or replacements of merchandise with user generated defects such as typo errors, spelling errors, design or layout errors, poor image quality, low image resolution, mistake in selecting product size, product type, paper selection, printing options, failure to remember or use promotion offers. We do not provide reprint/replacement due to mishandling.
